THE PREDICTION
When looking at the season as a whole, Toronto are the clear favourites here given that they came second in the Eastern Conference while Nashville SC required a play-in round victory over Inter Miami to reach this stage. However, Toronto’s form in the latter stages of the regular season left a lot to be desired having lost three of their last four games while Nashville have plenty of momentum right now as they have suffered just one defeat in their last eight games. This one is not exactly cut and dry then, but ultimately you have to fancy the experience of last year’s MLS Cup finalists to pull them through. The visitors are likely to give a good account of themselves and could cause a scare, but Toronto are fancied to edge a tight game.
