Denmark vs Scotland prediction

Former Anderlecht boss Brian Riemer took charge of Denmark last year and they are trying to play a bit more on the front foot and with more attacking vigour than towards the end of Kasper Hjulmand’s reign. They most recently annihilated Lithuania by five goals to nil in an international friendly during the June international break.

They now face a Scotland side that have perhaps begun to stagnate with Steve Clarke still at the helm as the Tartan Army chase a first FIFA World Cup qualification this century. The Scots were humiliated during the March international break as they succumbed to relegation at the hands of Greece in the UEFA Nations League.

Scotland have some stars, such as Scott McTominay, and they will be trying to keep things tight, but Denmark remain favourites for this one with their home advantage.

Denmark vs Scotland tip: Denmark to win & under 3.5 goals
