Denmark vs France prediction

Denmark began Group D of the 2025 UEFA U21 European Championships with a thrilling 3-2 defeat of Ukraine thanks to two late goals to turn the game on its head before a 2-2 draw with Finland. They then finished off with a come from behind victory over the Netherlands, thanks to excellent form from Newcastle United’s Will Osula.

The French squad isn’t quite as strong as it could be due to players being elsewhere, but such is the depth in French football, it remains a strong team. They ended up finishing second in Group C, behind Portugal on goal difference. They edged past Georgia by three goals to two before then hammering Poland by four goals to one.

France have proven themselves to be susceptible at the back and Denmark will fancy their chances of hurting them going the other way so, albeit France are favourites, it should be quite entertaining for the neutral.
