Cambridge vs Birmingham prediction

Having suffered a tumultuous relegation, Cambridge United supporters wouldn’t have been overly positive in the summer but, back under the management of Neil Harris, they have been quite impressive as the U’s sit tucked inside the top seven and the playoff places in League Two.

Birmingham City were relentless in League One and did believe they would be challenging for Championship promotion this season but, despite how open the second-tier is this year, the Blues have instead struggled for consistency and they could do with finding some form in the New Year.

Chris Davies is under a bit of pressure and a defeat the Abbey Stadium could be very damaging but that does appear to be very unlikely on Saturday evening.
