Brentford preview: Mid-table Bees
Following a tumultuous and busy summer transfer window, Brentford have been somewhat surprisingly strong as they sit firmly in the middle-of-the-table under the management of former Ireland international midfielder Keith Andrews.
The Bees had been in shaky form of late but the hosts did most recently comfortably defeat woeful and rock-bottom, still winless Wolverhampton Wanderers by two goals to nil at Molineux last weekend.
Bournemouth preview: Surprisingly struggling Cherries
Andoni Iraola remains a highly-rated and sought after coach but AFC Bournemouth have been struggling for a win for a while now, having slipped down towards the bottom three and the relegation places in the Premier League.
The Cherries conceded late on to succumb to a 1-1 draw with strugglers Burnley down on the south coast last weekend, extending their winless run of form to eight matches in the top-flight.
Brentford team news: Nelson returning
Arsenal loanee Reiss Nelson is back in training for Brentford and so should come back into contention for this one but they have plenty of other injury absentees to worry about.
After recent injury concerns involving experienced midfielder Jordan Henderson and club-record signing Igor Thiago, both of those key players are back fully fit for the Bees.
Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Kelleher; Kayode, Van den Berg, Collins, Henry; Henderson, Yarmolyuk; Lewis-Potter, Damsgaard, Schade; Thiago
Unavailable: Milambo (Injured), Dasilva (Injured), Onyeka (International duty), Carvalho (Injured), Ouattara (International duty)

Bournemouth team news: Nothing fresh
Andoni Iraola leads his Bournemouth side to the capital city with what he believes to be a similar squad as to last week with none of their absentees expected to return to the squad.
Those absentees include Scotland international attacker Ben Gannon Doak and United States international defensive midfielder Tyler Adams, as well as young centre-back Veljko Milosavljevic.
Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Petrovic; Smith, Diakite, Senesi, Truffert; Cook, Scott; Tavernier, Kluivert, Semenyo; Evanilson
Unavailable: Milosavljevic (Injured), Akinmobi (Injured), Adams (Injured), Gannon Doak (Injured)

Brentford vs Bournemouth prediction
Keith Andrews’ Brentford have been as entertaining at the Gtech as they were last season when coached by now Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank. Bournemouth are and have been one of the better and more intense teams to watch with Iraola at the helm. Brentford’s performance level has been dipping and so siding with the visitors in a potentially entertaining encounter could be a good bet.
