Bournemouth have been a thoroughly entertaining watch this season and that continued last weekend when they played out an end-to-end 3-3 draw with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, although they will feel slight aggrieved having been 0-2 up at half-time in that game.

As it is, they remain unbeaten in the Premier League since their 4-2 defeat to reigning champions Liverpool on the opening weekend of the season, and they are very much in the mix near the top of the table right now.

Nottingham Forest preview: Dycheball is here

Nottingham Forest's 0-3 defeat to Chelsea last weekend spelled the end of Ange Postecoglou's remarkably short tenure in charge, with the former Tottenham boss sacked less than half an hour after the final whistle had blown at the City Ground.

In comes Premier League stalwart Sean Dyche, who will preach an entirely different style of play. His opening game in charge started positively, with Forest recording a 2-0 victory over Porto in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday.

Bournemouth team news: Recouping players

Striker Evanilson will sit this one out once more but should be back soon, which means that Eli Junior Kroupi - who scored twice against Palace - is likely to lead the line again. David Brooks, meanwhile, has returned to training and could be involved.

Julio Soler is back from his stint with Argentina at the U20 World Cup but is unlikely to be involved, while Enes Unal received some minutes with the Cherries' development squad midweek as he works his way back from a long-term injury.

Predicted XI (4-2-3-1): Petrovic; Hill, Diakite, Senesi, Truffert; Adams, Scott; Tavernier, Kluivert, Semenyo; Kroupi Jr

Unavailable: Evanilson (Injured)

Questionable: Soler (Rested), Brooks (Fitness), Unal (Fitness)

Nottingham Forest team news: Late call on Wood

Oleksandr Zinchenko picked up an adductor strain on Thursday and could miss out, with Nicolo Savona his likeliest replacement at left-back.

Dilane Bakwa joins Ola Aina on the sidelines, while Chris Wood is a doubt after missing the Europa League fixture with a knee complaint.

Predicted XI (4-3-3): Sels; Williams, Milenkovic, Murillo, Savona; Anderson, Luiz, Gibbs-White; Hudson-Odoi, Jesus, Ndoye

Unavailable: Aina (Injured), Bakwa (Injured)

Questionable: Zinchenko (Injured), Wood (Injured)

Bournemouth vs Nottingham Forest prediction

The Sean Dyche era at Nottingham Forest - however long that may last - began with a solid victory over Portuguese giants Porto on Thursday, but the east midlands side are now faced with one of the toughest tests in the Premier League right now.

In-form Bournemouth are playing with swagger and confidence under Andoni Iraola, and they going on the front foot at every opportunity.

Dyche will naturally seek to make Forest more stable at the back, and they proved they could do that last year when they enjoyed an excellent season under Nuno Espirito Santo. They may take a little time to re-adapt in the wake of Postecoglou's exit though, and we see Bournemouth winning this one.
