Blackpool vs Bolton prediction

Both Blackpool and Bolton Wanderers were expected to at least be pushing for a top six finish this season, but the two sides have managed just one victory apiece thus far.

Steve Bruce and his Blackpool side come into this one on the back of yet another poor performance on the road, as the Seasiders suffered a 1-0 defeat to previously pointless Plymouth Argyle down at Home Park last week. Bolton Wanderers, on the other hand, needed a 97th minute own goal to rescue a point at home to Lincoln City, a few days after the Trotters had conceded late on when leading by a goal to nil against Reading.

Blackpool and Bolton have often had the advantage over each other when playing at home, and so it would be no surprise to see it go that way. Especially considering Blackpool’s last home game did see them see off Huddersfield Town.

Blackpool vs Bolton tip: Blackpool to win
