Al Ettifaq vs Al Kholood prediction

Al Ettifaq are now under the management of Saad Al Shehri. The Commandos, as they are nicknamed, finished firmly in the middle-of-the-table in the Saudi Pro League last season. Their squad boasts the likes of Georginio Wijnaldum and Moussa Dembele, with Ondrej Duda also making the move to the gulf this summer.

They now face an Al Kholood side that gained promotion in the 2023/24 season and impressively finished tucked inside the top-half of the table last year. They do have one of the more limited squads in the Saudi Pro League, with a reliance on defensive duo Norbert Gyomber and William Troost-Ekong.

That defence is strong, but they are generally limited, and Al Ettifaq will fancy their chances with home advantage, albeit it may not be a thriller for the neutral.

Al Ettifaq vs Al Kholood tip: Al Ettifaq to win & under 3.5 goals
