Zrinjski Mostar come into this one on the back of a goalless draw against Siroki Brijeg to kick off an underwhelming start to their domestic campaign. In Europe, they managed to edge past Breidablik in the third qualifying round after being knocked out of the UEFA Champions League by Slovan Bratislava.
They face a Utrecht side that have been very impressive in the UEFA Europa League so far this season. The Dutch outfit produced a thrilling 7-2 aggregate victory over Sheriff Tiraspol in the second qualifying round before then producing another entertaining 5-2 aggregate victory over Servette in the third qualifying round.
Zrinjski have not been convincing in any European performance so far this season, and Utrecht will be expected to win both of the legs in this playoff round tie.
