Vietnam vs Bangladesh prediction

Vietnam most recently defeated Laos by two goals to nil in the group stages of AFC Asian Cup qualification last week. That has extended their winning streak to 11 matches and they are unbeaten in 14 games since a defeat to Thailand in September 2024.

They now face a Bangladesh side that are among the weakest teams in Asia but they did manage to defeat India by a goal to nil in their most recent outing in November, ending what was a five-match winless run of form.

Vietnam are no great shakes but they are a fair bit ahead of Bangladesh and, especially with their home advantage, should win this one quite comfortably.

Vietnam vs Bangladesh tip: Vietnam to win
