Swansea vs Watford prediction

After that excellent finish to last season, Swansea City began with a narrow 1-0 loss to Rob Edwards’ Middlesbrough on the opening day of the campaign. After a comfortable defeat of Crawley Town in the EFL Cup, they then edged past Sheffield United by a goal to nil at the Swansea.com Stadium last weekend.

Watford appointed former Real Valladolid boss Paulo Pezzolano over the summer, but the Hornets have endured a difficult start. They began with a good performance that ended in a 1-0 loss to Charlton Athletic at The Valley before a 2-1 loss to Norwich City in the cup. However, they did edge past Queens Park Rangers at Vicarage Road last week.

Watford have a very exciting young side, but they do look fallible, whilst Swansea appear very difficult to score from open play against so siding with the hosts seems a good bet.

Swansea vs Watford tip: Double chance – Swansea to win or draw
