Shkendija vs TNS prediction

In the first-leg of their UEFA Champions League first qualifying round tie, at Park Hall in Oswestry on the England-Wales border, TNS and Shkendija held each other to a goalless draw to set up a stellar encounter in Skopje this week.

Shkendija haven’t really achieved much in European competition throughout their history, whilst TNS became the first Welsh team to reach the league or group phase of UEFA competition last season, as they went on to reach the league phase of the UEFA Europa Conference League – and that will surely give them some confidence to attack this season in Europe, too.

Shkendija will once again seek to keep it tight and take it deep against TNS, and TNS won’t want to risk too much away from home, so a low-scoring second-leg seems likely.

Shkendija vs TNS tip: Under 2.5 goals
