Portsmouth vs Swansea City prediction

Having lost two games on the bounce prior to last weekend, it was crucial that Swansea City got themselves back in the win column, and they did just that at home to Blackburn Rovers, registering a resounding 4-0 victory. Next up for the Swans is a tough trip to the South Coast, where Portsmouth awaits. Pompey have proven very difficult to beat in recent weeks, having not lost in their last five league games, winning three and drawing two.

They will make life very difficult for Swansea from an attacking perspective, as they showed at Turf Moor on Saturday in their goalless draw with Burnley. This contest is also likely to be a low-scoring one, and as has been the case in three of Portsmouth’s last four league fixtures, backing under 2.5 goals to be scored warrants serious consideration.

Portsmouth vs Swansea City tip: Under 2.5 goals
