Port Vale vs Bristol City prediction

Port Vale are destined for relegation to League Two, despite the mid-season appointment of former Northampton Town boss Jon Brady to replace Darren Moore. The Valiants have shown some resilience of late, though, and that continued with a 1-1 draw against Luton Town at Vale Park in Stoke on Saturday.

Bristol City head into this one on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Watford at Ashton Gate at the weekend. The Robins remain firmly in the middle-of-the-table and with a chance of getting themselves into the top six and the playoff places but they are far too inconsistent under the management of Gerhard Struber.

Bristol City will head to Stoke-on-Trent with the intention of likely naming a strong side and, should that be the case, they will be expected to ease to a comfortable victory.

Port Vale vs Bristol City tip: Bristol City to win -1 handicap
