Paks vs CFR Cluj prediction

As mentioned, Paksi have played in three European campaigns with the second coming last season and the first coming in 2011. Last season, they were knocked out of this competition before then reaching the playoffs of the UEFA Europa Conference League whereby they were beaten by Mlada Boleslav.

CFR Cluj come into this one on the back of a 2-1 defeat to FCSB in the Supercopa Romanei, with former Chelsea defender Dan Petrescu at the helm. CFR Cluj also reached the playoffs of the UEFA Europa Conference League last season before being beaten by Pafos.

CFR Cluj went through a period of decline in the back end of the 2010s, but they now appear stronger and would have to be viewed as favourites for this one in Hungary.

Paks vs CFR Cluj tip: Double chance – CFR Cluj to win or draw
