Coached by Darren Lehmann, the Northamptonshire Steelbacks began their T20 Blast campaign with a slender three-run win against Glamorgan before then skittling the Worcestershire Rapids for just 91, winning by 100 runs in their second game.

Gloucestershire also started their campaign with a win, albeit unconvincingly, having been bowled out by the Warwickshire Bears out for just 121 but managing to defend that by 47 runs – before then losing to the aforementioned Glamorgan in the Severnside Derby.

Gloucestershire have struggled with the bat thus far and the Northamptonshire Steelbacks should come out on top here, especially with their home advantage.
