Pakistan vs England prediction

Pakistan made a promising start to the tri-series with a 37-run win against Sri Lanka, scoring 305 with the bat before bowling out their opponents for 268. The Pakistan pacers starred with the ball, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf and Naseem Shah picking up seven wickets between them and that speed will be critical again vs England.

The big worry though from a Pakistan perspective is whether their batters can perform against a much tougher opponent on paper compared to Sri Lanka. England have been rejuvenated recently in white ball cricket and are coming off the back of a successful home summer on the T20 and ODI front, beating both Sri Lanka and India. Whilst this represents their first away trip in a while, Harry Brook’s in-form side are well worth backing to come out on top.
