Middlesex vs Surrey prediction

For T20 teams that have played over 60 matches, Middlesex have been the worst of any T20 team – ever. Their poor T20 record continued in their opening game as they succumbed to a 27-run loss to Kent Spitfires in their opener on Friday night.

The star-studded Surrey, on the other hand, posted 213-6 with Tom Curran hitting an unbeaten 49 to boost the Londoners’ score against Lancashire Lightning. Lancs were bowled out for 154 in 16.1 overs to complete an emphatic win for Surrey.

Surrey were very impressive in the South Group last season and they have started this year with a similar level of intent and they are firm favourites for this one.
