Man Utd Preview: UEL finalists

Manchester United have been woeful throughout the season both under Erik ten Hag and Ruben Amorim but the Red Devils qualified for the final of the UEFA Europa League in midweek, where they will face Tottenham Hotspur at San Mames in Bilbao.

Ruben Amorim’s side went behind to Athletic Club at Old Trafford in midweek due to a Mikel Jauregizar strike but they turned things around to win by four goals to one in the second-half and complete a 7-1 aggregate victory over the Basque giants.

West Ham Preview: Hammers need to show something

West Ham United are currently 17th in the Premier League with the Irons enduring a fairly miserable campaign, firstly under former Spain boss Julen Lopetegui and then under the management of former Chelsea and Brighton and Hove Albion boss Graham Potter.

The Hammers shared a 1-1 draw with capital city rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the London Stadium in their most recent outing last weekend. They went behind to a Wilson Odobert strike before equalising less than 15 minutes later via in-form captain Jarrod Bowen.

Man Utd Team News: Dalot could return

Ruben Amorim has said he won’t make wholesale changes to his line-up but they won’t take any risks ahead of the UEFA Europa League final. Matthijs de Ligt came back from injury last week but is now missing through injury once again.

Predicted XI (3-4-2-1): Bayindir; Fredricson, Lindelof, Shaw; Dorgu, Ugarte, Mainoo, Amass; Mount, Garnacho; Obi

Unavailable: Martinez (Injured), Heaven (Injured), De Ligt (Injured), Collyer (Injured), Zirkzee (Injured),

Questionable: Dalot (Fitness)

West Ham Team News: Alvarez is fit

According to Graham Potter, Mexico international defensive midfielder Edson Alvarez is fit and available for this weekend. They will, though, remain without attacking duo Crysencio Summerville and Michail Antonio.

Predicted XI (3-4-2-1): Areola; Todibo, Kilman, Cresswell; Wan-Bissaka, Soucek, Paqueta, Emerson; Bowen, Kudus; Fullkrug

Unavailable: Summerville (Injured), Antonio (Injured)

Questionable: Alvarez (Injured)

Man Utd vs West Ham Prediction

Manchester United have been impressive in their last two UEFA Europa League games against Athletic, albeit they were struggling for about an hour of that second-leg. However, their 4-3 defeat to Brentford in west London last weekend means that they are now winless in their last six league games. They face a West Ham side that have won just three of their 16 matches during the Potter reign. That said, this is a very good chance for the Irons to at least avoid another defeat.

Man Utd vs West Ham Tip: Double chance – West Ham to win or draw
