Houston Dynamo vs Austin prediction
Houston Dynamo come into this one on the back of a 1-1 draw with DC United in midweek, upon their return from the break for FIFA World Cup 2026. Hector Herrera had given Houston a first half lead before DC scored a 78th minute equaliser via Israel international striker Tai Baribo.
Austin have managed just four wins so far this season as they begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting second-from-bottom. Their fourth win did, though, come in midweek with an impressive 3-1 defeat of the Seattle Sounders, courtesy of late strikes scored by Myrto Uzuni and Christian Ramirez.
Austin will take a lot of confidence from their late flurry against the Sounders and both teams scoring would appear a decent bet for this all-Texan affair.
