Under the management of Paulo Sergio, Portimonense began the 2022/23 Primeira Liga campaign in impressive fashion. The home team earned a much-needed 2-1 victory against struggling Gil Vicente last weekend, which followed a five-match winless run of form in all competitions. Artur Jorge’s reign at Braga has also been an impressive one. The visitors were beaten 1-0 at home by Casa Pia last weekend before their 2-1 win at home over Moreirense in the fourth round of the Taca de Portugal, during the midweek. Despite their inconsistencies, a double chance bet in their favour looks good for a game which should be quite entertaining to watch.
