In what is surely the biggest game of the Serie A season so far, the top two do battle in what promises to be an action-packed Milan derby. It has been long time since the stakes were so high in this fixture, especially in the league, and it would be no surprise to see emotions running high on Sunday afternoon, much as they were in their Coppa Italia meeting last month. Given that they leapfrogged AC Milan to go top of the division last weekend, Inter will arguably be content with a point here but it is not in their nature to hold back. Both teams have scored in three of the last four meetings between the two giants, and with the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Zlatan Ibrahimovic eager to stamp their authority on the encounter, goals at both ends looks likely.
