They are returning to be the dominant force of Romanian football.
They now face an Inter Club d’Escaldes side that have emerged as a dominant force in Andorra in the last few years. They won their first ever Andorran league title as recently as 2020, and they have now made it four titles won in total. They are yet, though, to win a single game in European competition in that time.
FCSB dispatched of Virtus 11-1 on aggregate last season and the Sammarinese opposition are a similar standard as Inter Escaldes so it should be a similar outcome.
