Having finished rock-bottom in the South Group last season, the Essex Eagles haven’t done too much to change things around, relying on their all-format overseas duo of South Africa international all-rounders Wiaan Mulder and Simon Harmer.

The Sussex Sharks will have Tymal Mills welcomed back into the fold for this one with First Class captain Ollie Robinson forming a potent attack alongside Mills, following the latter earning a recall to the England Test side last week.

Sussex have a bit more experience of more positive showings in the Blast and, with Mills, up against his former side, will fancy themselves in Chelmsford.
