Eintracht Frankfurt Preview: Impressive season
Under the management of Dino Toppmoller, Eintracht Frankfurt have enjoyed an impressive campaign as they seek a top four finish and UEFA Champions League qualification, despite the sale of their key man Omar Marmoush to Manchester City in the January transfer window.
Frankfurt are currently on a four-match unbeaten run of form in the Bundesliga as they come into this one on the back of a 1-1 draw with Mainz at the MEWA Arena last weekend with Rasmus Nissen Kristensen’s strike cancelled out by Jonathan Burkardt.
St Pauli Preview: Overachievement continued
Following their promotion to the top-flight last season, St Pauli had to deal with the loss of manager Fabian Hurzeler to Brighton and Hove Albion and he was replaced by Royale Union Saint-Gilloise boss Alexander Blessin and they have continued to overachieve.
Blessin is being heavily linked with a move to West Bromwich Albion but the Hamburg-based club have secured their top-flight status for next season. They did have a four-match unbeaten run of form ended by a 1-0 loss to Stuttgart at Millerntor last weekend.

Eintracht Frankfurt vs St Pauli Prediction
Eintracht Frankfurt have been able to tactically adjust this season with the departure of Marmoush and that has allowed the already in-form Hugo Ekitike to thrive even more. They now face a St Pauli side that have very little to play for having already achieved what they set out to achieve at the start of this season and they also have a few key absentees for this one. Given that, as well as their home advantage, a comfortable Frankfurt victory seems likely.
