Coached by Mickey Arthur, the Derbyshire Falcons have some stars among their ranks for the T20 campaign, albeit will be without Allah Ghazanfar for the start of it. They finished rock-bottom in the North Group last season but should go better this time.

Durham have a star-studded side that fielded Ben Stokes in their last two red-ball games but it would be a surprise to see him play some white-ball cricket. Even without the England Test captain, the northerners have a lot of depth through their side.

With Derby trying to find some form and potentially slow starters to what is a more promising T20 campaign, siding with Durham would be a decent bet for this one.
