Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest prediction

Chelsea return to league action after reaching the FA Cup final last weekend with a 1-0 victory against Leeds. The Blues, under former manager Liam Rosenior, have lost their last five Premier League games and risk finishing in the bottom half of the table if they fail to improve their dire form in the division.

This could be a good time to play Nottingham Forest though, with Vitor Pereira's side currently in the middle of a huge UEFA Europa League side semi-final against fellow English representatives Aston Villa.

Forest are 1-0 up in that tie, but they are still not safe from relegation so their full focus must be on this fixture, which takes place at the unusual time of 3pm (UK) on a Monday.

The visitors are somewhat weakened due to a number of injuries though, and with the hosts potentially having a spring in their step after their FA Cup triumph last week, we think they can end their Premier League losing streak here.

Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest tip: Chelsea to win
