Brentford Preview: Fortress Gtech
After scoring for 12 consecutive games in all competitions, Brentford were kept scoreless by Everton last weekend, and they head into the weekend just outside the top ten in the Premier League.
The Gtech has been something of a fortress for the Bees this season though, as they are unbeaten on home turf in 2024-25 and have scored 12 goals in their last three Premier League games in their own stadium.
Leicester Preview: Cooper out, Ruud in
The Leicester board somewhat surprisingly sacked Steve Cooper on Monday, with Ruud van Nistelrooy set to come in as his replacement, although first-team coach Ben Dawson will be in the dugout for this fixture.
Despite going winless in their last four league games, losing three of them, Leicester remain above the drop zone thanks to their back-to-back wins over Bournemouth and Southampton last month, but they need to start building up a stronger cushion. The Foxes were 1-2 losers at Chelsea in Cooper's final game last weekend with Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez scoring for the Blues before Jordan Ayew converted a consolation penalty in injury-time.
Brentford Team News: Norgaard ban overturned
It's as you were in the Bees treatment room with quintet Aaron Hickey, Rico Henry, Kristoffer Ajer, Josh Dasilva and Gustavo Nunes all missing, although the latter is particularly close to a return after building up his fitness recently.
Thomas Frank could opt for an unchanged starting line-up having successfully appealed the straight red card Christian Norgaard received last weekend.
Predicted XI (4-3-3): Flekken; Van den Berg, Collins, Pinnock, Lewis-Potter; Jensen, Norgaard, Janelt; Mbeumo, Wissa, Damsgaard
Unavailable: Hickey (Injured), Henry (Fitness), Ajer (Injured), Dasilva (Injured), Nunes (Fitness)

Leicester Team News: Buonanotte back from ban, Winks out
Harry Winks lasted only 11 minutes against Chelsea and will not recover in time for this fixture, according to Dawson. His replacement in that match, Oliver Skipp, should therefore start in the heart of midfield.
Jakub Stolarczyk, Ricardo Pereira and Abdul Fatawu are also out, but Facundo Buonanotte's return from suspension is a welcome one of the Foxes given the Argentinian's impressive performances this season.
Predicted XI (4-3-3): Hermansen; Justin, Faes, Okoli, Kristiansen; Soumare, Skipp, Ndidi; Buonanotte, Edouard, Mavididi
Unavailable: Stolarczyk (Injured), Pereira (Injured), Winks (Injured), Fatawu (Injured)

Brentford vs Leicester Prediction
It's difficult to know what to expect from Leicester here as furst-team coach Ben Dawson will be in temporary charge of the team for this fixture, ahead of Ruud van Nistelrooy's likely appointment.
What we can be more certain of though, is Brentford's impressive home form. The Bees have been scoring for fun in front of their own fans of late, and against a Leicester outfit in a state of flux, they can be fancied to record a comfortable home win.
