Supporters have been protesting against the board quite vociferously in Lancashire and it was a poor start to his time at the club for former Barnsley and West Bromwich Albion boss Valerian Ismael. However, Rovers now come into this one on the back of three successive victories in the Championship after a 1-0 defeat of Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Easter Monday.
They now face a Watford side that are set for another mid-table finish this season but they do look like they will get through the season without sacking their manager as Tom Cleverley remains at the helm. The Hornets most recently suffered a 1-0 defeat to Portsmouth at Fratton Park after a 2-1 defeat at home to Burnley over the Easter weekend.
Blackburn sit four points off the playoffs with two games to go but siding with them would appear the way to go for this one with their home advantage as they desperately cling on.
