Barcelona vs Real Madrid prediction

The situation is almost too perfect for Barcelona, who have the opportunity to wrap up a second straight La Liga title on home turf in the biggest club fixture of them all.

Should the Catalan giants avoid defeat against their great rivals in El Clasico, they would gain an insurmountable lead at the top of the table, and it would be the first time in history that the league title has been decided in this famous fixture.

Hansi Flick's side will therefore not be lacking in motivation here, but neither will Real Madrid, who would love to keep their bitter rivals waiting just a little longer to seal the title.

Barca will finish top and Real second this season, but there is still plenty riding on this fixture and, given the attacking quality on the pitch, we are likely to see a few goals.

Barcelona vs Real Madrid tip: Over 3.5 goals
