Al Nassr vs Al Ittihad prediction

Al Nassr were one of three Saudi Pro League teams to make the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League but, alongside Al Hilal, they were eliminated with the side, captained by Cristiano Ronaldo, missing some big chances from the main man himself as well as Jhon Duran as they were beaten 3-2 by Japanese J1 League outfit Kawasaki Frontale in Jeddah.

Al Ittihad, on the other hand, had a weekend off as they prepare for the Saudi King’s Cup of Champions final against Al Qadsiah with Laurent Blanc’s side seeking to do the domestic double. They endured a tough time of it last year but begin this week sitting six points clear of defending champions Al Hilal at the top-of-the-table.

Al Nassr have an abundance of attacking options but appear to lack cohesion, whilst Al Ittihad haven’t been at their best for a while now but are grinding out results so siding with the visitors would appear the best value bet for this one.

Al Nassr vs Al Ittihad tip: Double chance – Al Ittihad to win or draw
