AEK Larnakas vs Partizan Belgrade prediction

Cypriot club football has improved in the last couple of years and AEK Larnakas will hope to continue that this season. They couldn’t help the likes of APOEL Nicosia and Pafos in boosting the coefficient last season as they went out to Paksi of Hungary in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Europa Conference League.

They now face a Partizan Belgrade side that, coached by Srdan Blagojevic, have played UEFA Champions League group stage football in the last decade and a half, as well as UEFA Europa League group stages on numerous occasions. Last year they were beaten by Gent in the playoff round of this competition.

Partizan are now winless in nine European matches but AEK Larnakas aren’t the strongest themselves so a chaotic, even affair seems likely with both teams scoring.
