Young Boys vs Panathinaikos prediction

Young Boys come into this one on the back of a surprise 1-0 loss to lower league side Aarau in the second round of the Swiss Cup at the weekend. That has continued an underwhelming start to the 2025/26 Swiss Super League season in which they have managed just three victories in their opening six matches of the campaign.

Panathinaikos were knocked out in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League by Rangers in July, but the Greeks have squeezed themselves into the league phase of the UEFA Europa League. They most recently shared a 1-1 draw with Olympiacos in the Athenian derby at the weekend.

Panathinaikos have significantly underwhelmed in the Greek Super League thus far, and so siding with Young Boys, especially in Berne, would seem a good bet for this one.

Young Boys vs Panathinaikos tip: Double chance – Young Boys to win or draw
