Yemen are one of the weakest sides in the qualifying stages of the 2025 FIFA Arab Cup as they face off against a Comoros side that have regressed in the last 18 months or so.

Yemen vs Comoros prediction

Ranked 148th in the world, Yemen have never really done much in international football, despite qualifying for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup. Coached by Noureddine Ould Ali, they most recently hammered Bhutan by seven goals to one in AFC Asian Cup qualification.

They now face a Comoros side that did reach the round of 16 of the 2021 CAF Africa Cup of Nations in early 2022 but they have regressed once again. Over the recent November international break, they defeated Namibia in back-to-back friendlies.

Comoros have a bit more pedigree and experience heading into this qualifier and they are slight favourites for a likely low-scoring encounter in Qatar.

Yemen vs Comoros tip: Comoros to win & under 3.5 goals
