Lukas Neumayer will be eager to make his mark on home turf in Austria.

The 22-year-old wildcard has featured little at tour-level but has made an impact on clay at Challenger level with a couple of recent quarter-final runs as well as a runner-up berth in Trieste recently.

Hanfmann, 33, has struggled for main draw win himself in 2025 but didn’t drop a set in qualifying and will look to use all of his experience to try and unsettle the Austrian in a big moment for him.

We fancy Hanfmann to have the tools to win this, but don’t rule out Neumayer’s desire to impress and his younger legs if he can extend the rallies.
