Wrexham vs QPR prediction

Phil Parkinson and his Wrexham side have embarked upon an extremely busy and big spending summer transfer window, with promotion now surely the aim for the Red Dragons. They had played well without winning in their opening three, before then defeating Millwall by two goals to nil at The Den a couple of weeks ago.

Queens Park Rangers, now with former Stade Rennais boss Julien Stephan at the helm, have embarked upon an intriguing window themselves with a fairly major overhaul of the R’s squad. They also started slowly, too, with a 7-1 loss to Coventry City the lowest low, but they then managed to dispatch of Charlton Athletic in a London derby.

QPR’s level is somewhere in between their last two outings, but that shouldn’t be enough to take much encouragement from a game against a physically dominant Wrexham side looking for a first home win of the campaign.
