The prediction

The Bulldogs succumbed a 66-point hammering at the hands of the impressive Sydney Swans in Docklands last week. They had won four of their opening six matches prior to that thumping.

Fremantle were not at their best but still did enough to comfortably defeat a poor Carlton side last weekend. Captained by the excellent Alex Pearce, Freo sit level on points with the aforementioned Swans, as well as Hawthorn, at the top of the ladder.

Fremantle are playing some good stuff at the moment and they will fancy themselves to get past a middling Bulldogs side on Saturday.
