After holding off Collingwood in last week's wildcard round, Western Bulldogs now take on Adelaide Crows in an elimination final at the Adelaide Oval.

The prediction
Adelaide, who have won 15 of their 23 contests in 2026, managed to avoid the wildcard round by finishing sixth in the regular season, and will now aim for a first finals victory since 2017.
Western Bulldogs didn't have the luxury of sitting things out last week, and were pushed all the way by Collingwood in the wildcard round before taking the victory by just three points at the MCG.
The Crows will be without the services of Zac Taylor for this one, while James Peatling remains absent with a hip complaint. The Bulldogs, meanwhile, are missing Matthew Kennedy after he suffered a concussion last week.
Home advantage should count for a lot here at the Adelaide Oval, and you have to think the Crows will finally end their nine-year wait for a finals win. The Bulldogs have done well to get to this stage, but their season likely ends here.
