The prediction
With 12 victories and nine defeats in their 21 matches, the Western Bulldogs sit ninth in the AFL ladder and three wins clear of 11th. The Bulldogs most recently succumbed to a 23-point defeat at home to North Melbourne last weekend.
Carlton started their season poorly, on and off the field, but the departure of Michael Voss reinvigorated them and they are now two victories clear of 11th as they sit tenth in the table.
Carlton most recently hammered St Kilda, making it ten wins in 12 matches and they should be favoured to come out on top once again here at Marvel Stadium in Docklands on Sunday.
