Watford vs Preston North End prediction

The loss of key players such as Milutin Osmajic (suspension and Harrison Armstrong (injury) are clearly taking a toll on Preston and their 1-2 defeat at the hands of Blackburn Rovers last time out is testament to that. With a point from their last two games with just a single goal scored in both, they’ve lost their cutting edge that has helped turn them into genuine promotion contenders.

With that in mind, Watford have a big opportunity here when considering how good they’ve been since Javi Gracia’s return. On home territory, they are well worth backing to win, although the safe move would be to do so via the double chance market.

Watford vs Preston North End tip: Double chance - Watford/draw
