Valentin Royer vs Alexander Bublik prediction
Valentin Royer advanced to the first ATP Tour final of his career as he defeated Corentin Moutet in straight sets. It was another superb display from the Frenchman as he dominated most of the exchanges to win 6-3 6-2. The qualifier has already enjoyed an impressive campaign on the Challenger Tour this season and he will move up the rankings once more after the end of the tournament.
Alexander Bublik is his opponent in the final. The third seed ended home favourite Yibing Wu’s brave run in the semi-finals. The Kazakhstani did not even concede a break point as he wrapped up a comfortable 6-3 6-3 win. He has not been broken at the event and is now just one win away from a fourth title of a fabulous season. He still has a chance to qualify for the World Tour Finals in Turin in seven weeks time.
Royer is performing strongly but Bublik’s formidable serve and versatility, along with his exemplary final record this year, makes him a commanding favourite to win a fourth title of 2025.
