Universitatea Craiova have been reasonably impressive thus far in Europe with two victories and a draw in their four matches thus far. The Romanians most recently shared a 1-1 draw with CFR Cluj in their most recent outing domestically at the weekend.

They now face a Sparta Prague side that have the same record as the Romanians in the UEFA Europa Conference League. They continued their chase of city rivals Slavia at the top-of-the-table in Czechia after a 1-0 win over Sigma Olomouc at the weekend.

Slavia are a good side but they are low-scoring and Uni Craiova are hardly the most fluent side and so a fairly frustrating watch for the neutral appears in store here.
