Universitatea Craiova vs ML Vitebsk prediction

In the first-leg of this UEFA Champions League first qualifying round tie, Universitatea Craiova hammered ML Vitebsk by four goals to one at the neutral venue of Mezokevesdi Varosi Stadion in Hungary. Valery Gromyko equalised early on for the Belarusians after Stefan Baiaram had given Uni Craiova an early lead before a brace of penalties scored by Assad Al Hamlawi and then a late Steven Nsimba strike gave the Romanians a 4-1 victory in the first-leg.

Filipe Coelho’s side have since defeated Universitatea Cluj on penalties to win Supercopa Romaniei, while ML Vitebsk had the weekend off as they sit second in the table domestically.

Now with home advantage, Universitatea Craiova will be expected to ease to another comfortable win as they bid for the league phase of the UEFA Champions League for the first time ever.

Universitatea Craiova vs ML Vitebsk tip: Universitatea Craiova to win -1 handicap
