The 22-year-old has enjoyed some strong results on clay off the tour this season and recent defeats have looked competitive to suggest backing Dimitrov to win outright is the suitably cautious pick here. The Bulgarian has little time to recover from the emotional high, then low, of reaching that final in Geneva to tackle here alongside a hungry young player.
