World number five Stefanos Tsitsipas was stunned by Yannick Hanfmann in the round of 16 at the Mallorca Championships this week to see his most recent title go undefended. The 24-year-old finished runner-up to Novak Djokovic at Roland-Garros in 2021 in his first Grand Slam final and he did so again in Melbourne this January to mask what has been a fairly concerning past 12 months on tour.
