THE PREDICTION

World number 11 Daria Kasatkina beat Karolina Pliskova, Caroline Garcia and Camila Giorgi en-route to the Eastbourne final on Saturday to bring some strong grass-court form into Wimbledon. The 26-year-old has lost two finals on tour this season in what has been a pretty erratic campaign so far but she is certainly one of the more comfortable all-courters on tour and her run this week makes her chances at emulating her quarter-final exit here in 2018 all the more feasible. World number 100 Caroline Dolehide enjoyed some strong success on the ITF circuit on US soil earlier this season but this looks way too steep of a challenge. The American certainly has more stock in the doubles alongside Shuai Zhang but back Kasatkina to blast through in two here.
