The teenager will break the top 500 on tour after receiving a wildcard to make her tour and Grand Slam debut here in New York and she faces a reasonable chance at causing an upset against Daria Saville, particularly with a partisan crowd behind her. Former world number 20 Daria Saville suffered a serious injury last September that ended her season and disrupted most of this.
