World number 48 Bublik produced a stunning upset over red-hot Jan-Lennard Struff on Thursday to put the cat amongst the pigeons at Halle but the Kazakh has blown hot and cold more than usual this season and he will find a much steadier opponent in Sinner here. At his best, Bublik’s gung-ho serving can thrive on grass but back Sinner to weather any storms to come through the outright winner.
