21-year-old Emil Ruusuvuori kept a cool head in the second round to provide the biggest shock of the Miami Open so far by beating the third seed Alexander Zverev over three sets. That is certainly the Finn’s most impressive match to date despite beating Gael Monfils over five sets at last month’s Australian Open considering Monfils was not entirely match fit and Zverev had just won the Mexican Open last week. Ruusuvuori’s feat will fuel the hype for this match but Sweden’s Mikael Ymer also provided a small upset in beating recent Qatar Open champion Nikoloz Basilashvili over three sets on Friday to set-up a mouth-watering Scandinavian clash here. The two have never played each other on tour before and there are plenty more questions than answers at this point, though it promises to be an exciting match from two silky young talents. At this moment in time, world number 83 Ruusuvuori is in the better form but his giant-killing could give him a slow start in this match and it does feel like Ymer can up his game to force a decider here. Take this Ruusuvuori to win outright, or add a total of three sets for a slightly riskier pick.
