Both Andrey Rublev and Stefanos Tsitsipas were tested throughout their respective quarter-finals, with Rublev requiring two tiebreaks and a deciding set to get past an in-form Jeremy Chardy whilst Tsitsipas came back from a set down to a resurgent Karen Khachanov.
